We welcome teams and programs wanting to book repeated bookings. In order to hold reoccurring bookings, we require 30 days cancellation notification. Meaning 30 days from the notification, the booking can be terminated.

 

Payment can be dealt with by either paying up front for a potential discount, or with a credit card on file which will be charged for a month’s worth of bookings, the month ahead of time. 

 

Long term bookings is a repeating booking that spans a whole season (typically 3 or more months).

 

Cancellation example: Let’s say you had a weekly practice on Monday nights starting in August going through end of November. It’s September 10th and you need to cancel. You give LHA notification on September 10th. Bookings through October 10th would still be paid, and bookings after October 11th could be canceled and credited back if already pre-paid.
