I understand there is a booking window, and as a member I will only be able to book either 7 or 14 days out from the current day
I understand the discounted member rate only applies to half court basketball rentals or full court volleyball rentals
I understand the membership will start on the date I have selected above and runs for 30 days, but will renew automatically every month. I authorize LHA to charge my card monthly.
I understand the membership is month to month and I can cancel when I need via written notice
I understand that it is my responsibility to learn how to correctly set up, operate, and store all equipment during my bookings, including the shooting machines and volleyball nets.
I understand that I am responsible for any guests I bring to my bookings, and that a responsible member of the membership family will be present for all bookings made under my account.
