Each term below is part of the agreement. Tick the box to confirm you understand each one.

1. 01 I understand there is a booking window, and as a member I will only be able to book either 7 or 14 days out from the current day
2. 02 I understand locks will be scheduled to open 15 min before my booking and auto-lock 15 min after my booking
3. 03 I understand the discounted member rate only applies to half-court basketball rentals or full-court volleyball rentals
4. 04 I understand the membership will start on the date I have selected above and runs for 30 days, but will renew automatically every month. I authorize LHA to charge my card monthly.
5. 05 I understand the membership is month to month and I can cancel when I need via written notice
6. 06 I understand that it is my responsibility to learn to correctly set up, operate, and store all equipment during my bookings, including shooting machines and volleyball nets.
7. 07 I understand I am responsible for cleaning up after my bookings and putting things back
8. 08 I understand that I am responsible for any guests I bring to my bookings, and that a responsible member of the membership family will be present for all bookings made under my account.
